Terms of LMS Service

By creating an account on EduPeak LMS or enrolling in any G.C.E. Advanced Level Physics batch conducted by Amalsha Wanniarachchi at Victory Higher Educational Institute (Embilipitiya) or online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are under 18 years of age, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to these terms prior to account registration and payment.

Each EduPeak student account (identified by a unique Student ID such as EP-2025-001) is strictly personal and non-transferable:

• Single Student Use: You may not share your login credentials, password, or session tokens with friends, family members, or other students.
• Simultaneous Stream Limits: The LMS permits active lecture streaming from only one device at any given time. Multi-device simultaneous playback will trigger automatic security logout.
• Accurate Identity: You must maintain accurate student records (Full Name, School, G.C.E. A/L Exam Year, and WhatsApp contact).

All educational content hosted on EduPeak LMS—including live stream feeds, recorded video archives, theory tutes, Speed MCQ model papers, physics breakdown diagrams, and marking schemes—are the exclusive intellectual property of Amalsha Wanniarachchi and EduPeak.

To protect educational materials from illicit leaks, our LMS utilizes automated anti-piracy countermeasures:

• Dynamic Forensics Watermark: Every lecture playback renders a moving digital watermark displaying your registered Student ID and IP address.
• Screen Recording Detection: The video player contains automated screen-capture detection routines that will immediately blank out playback if third-party recording software is detected.
• Legal Prosecution: Any user identified as leaking or selling recorded lectures will face immediate permanent account termination and legal action under the Intellectual Property Act (No. 36 of 2003) of Sri Lanka.

Enrollment in A/L Physics batches (Theory, Rapid Revision, 50 Speed MCQ Paper Class) is subject to monthly admission terms:

• Monthly Validity: Course access cards and LMS permissions are valid on a calendar month basis. Fees must be renewed before the 10th of each month to avoid uninterrupted access.
• Printed Tute Delivery: Physical tutorial materials will be dispatched to the verified address or collected at the Victory Embilipitiya campus upon fee verification.
• Refund Policy: Once access to digital lecture archives and downloadable tute booklets has been granted, monthly tuition fees are non-refundable.

For students attending physical classes at Victory Higher Educational Institute, Embilipitiya:

• Student ID Card & QR Scanner: Students must produce their official EduPeak/Victory physical ID card for gate scanning upon entering the lecture hall.
• Hybrid Class Switching: Students enrolled in physical classes at Victory Embilipitiya have automatic backup access to online LMS video recordings in case of absence.

During live interactive video broadcasts and community forum discussions:

• Keep all live chat questions focused strictly on Physics theory, numerical problem solving, and past paper questions.
• Any form of harassment, spam, political commentary, offensive language, or advertising in the live stream chat will result in immediate chat ban and faculty review.

When participating in the 50 Speed MCQ Online Arena:

• Exams are strictly timed (e.g., 60 minutes for 50 questions) with automated submission upon countdown expiration.
• The use of unauthorized automated scripts, answer scrapers, or multiple account submissions to manipulate Island Rank leaderboards is strictly prohibited.

EduPeak reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account found violating these Terms of Service, attempting unauthorized database scraping, or participating in illegal tutorial piracy. Suspended accounts forfeit all remaining tuition balances.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
